Enstructure provides full-service and reliable logistics solutions to some of the world\u2019s largest companies in the energy, agriculture, food, manufacturing, construction, and public safety sectors.\nJob Posting: CDL Truck Driver\nJob Description:\n\u2022 Proven work experience as a delivery driver.\n\u2022 Ability to drive for a full work shift, 5 days per week.\n\u2022 Knowledge of applicable driving rules and regulations.\n\u2022 No recent moving or driving violations.\n\u2022 Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.).\n\u2022 Willingness to submit to background and drug checks and provide employment recommendations.\n\u2022 Compensation is based on a percentage, ensuring you receive the greater pay between hourly and trip rates.\n\u2022 Home every day, with most holidays and weekends off.\nJob Requirements:\n\u2022 Valid CDL Class A License: Must hold a valid CDL Class A driving license with a TANKER ENDORSEMENT.\n\u2022 Additional Endorsements: The ability to obtain TWIC and having a Tanker Endorsement is a plus.\n\u2022 Work History: Must have a verifiable work history and provide references.\n\u2022 Substance Abuse Counseling: If there is any history of failed or refused drug or alcohol-related tests, proof of completed Substance Abuse Counseling.\n\u2022 Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience is necessary.\n\u2022 Physical Certificate: Must possess a valid Long Form CDL physical certificate.\nDesired Experience:\n\u2022 Delivery Driving: Proven experience as a delivery driver, demonstrating reliability and efficiency.\n\u2022 Regulations Knowledge: Strong understanding of applicable driving rules and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.\n\u2022 Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected situations such as traffic delays and adverse weather conditions with foresight and adaptability.\n\u2022 Safety Record: A clean driving record with no recent moving or driving violations.\n\u2022 Background and Drug Checks: Willingness to undergo background and drug checks, and provide employment recommendations.\n\u2022 Customer Service: Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and dispatchers.\n\u2022 Mechanical Skills: Basic mechanical skills for minor truck maintenance and troubleshooting.\n$2500 Signing Bonus:\n\u2022 $500 after 6 months.\n\u2022 $1000 after 12 months.\n\u2022 $500 after 18 months.\n\u2022 $500 after 24 months
